1. Acceptance and changes

By accessing this website or creating an account you accept these terms. We may update them from time to time. Material changes are notified in your dashboard and by email, and the version published on this page is the one in force. Continued use after a change is acceptance of it.

2. Who we are

Vadix ("we", "us") operates the digital asset platform at vadixworld.com. We provide managed digital asset portfolios, quantitative trading strategies, staking services, trading research, and a referral programme. We are not a bank, a deposit-taking institution or a licensed securities broker, and assets held on the platform are not protected by any government deposit or investor-compensation scheme.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if higher, and legally permitted to hold and transact in digital assets in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for confirming that using the platform is lawful where you are. We may decline to open or maintain an account for any person or from any jurisdiction, at our discretion and without giving reasons.

4. Your account and verification

One person may hold one account. You must provide accurate registration details and keep them current. Before any withdrawal you must complete identity verification ("KYC") by providing a government-issued photo ID and a selfie, and such further information as we reasonably require. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately at security@vadixworld.com if you believe your account is compromised.

5. Deposits

Deposits are accepted only in USDT on the networks listed on the deposit screen. You must submit the transaction hash for each deposit. Credits are made after we verify the transaction on-chain. Transfers of any other asset, or on any other network, are made at your own risk and may be unrecoverable. We do not accept cash, card or bank-transfer deposits and no person is authorised to collect funds on our behalf.

6. Products and allocations

Allocations to managed portfolios, quant strategies and staking are made from your fund wallet at your instruction through the dashboard. The tier, term, rate, limits and fees applicable to an allocation are those displayed at the time you confirm it. Assets allocated to these products are held in our custody as described on the Security & Custody page. The Trader Desk is a research and tooling service; we do not hold or control your exchange account or trading capital for that product, and nothing it provides is a recommendation to trade.

7. Fees

Managed portfolios and quant strategies carry a performance share on gains above the previous high-water mark of your allocation, measured in USDT; no performance share is charged on recovery of prior losses. Staking rewards are passed through net of a disclosed spread. Withdrawals carry a flat network fee at cost. There is no deposit fee and no management fee. Applicable rates are shown in the dashboard before you confirm and may be changed for future allocations with notice.

8. Withdrawals

Withdrawals are paid in USDT to a payout address you have registered and verified. We may delay or decline a withdrawal while verification is incomplete, while a payout-address change is being confirmed, where the amount exceeds the balance available outside locked positions, where we reasonably suspect fraud or unlawful activity, or where required by law. Fixed-term positions are not withdrawable before maturity. Processing targets are displayed in the dashboard and are not guarantees.

9. Referral programme

Members may share a personal referral link. Direct bonuses, team-level bonuses and milestone rewards are paid in USDT at the rates, depths and targets published in the dashboard, which we may change prospectively with notice. Rewards are funded from platform revenue. Participants must not promise returns, give investment advice, handle other members' funds, create accounts for others, or misrepresent the platform. Breach forfeits unpaid rewards, may reverse paid rewards and may result in account closure.

10. Prohibited conduct

You must not use the platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion or any unlawful purpose; attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform; interfere with its operation; scrape or copy its content; impersonate Vadix or another member; or use automated tools to interact with it without our written consent.

11. Risk

Digital assets are volatile and you may lose some or all of the capital you allocate. No return is guaranteed under any product. The Risk Disclosure forms part of these terms and you confirm that you have read it.

12. No advice

Information on this website, in the dashboard, in research notes and in communications from our staff is general information only. It is not investment, legal or tax advice and does not take account of your circumstances. You are responsible for your own decisions, including the decision to allocate, to choose a tier or term, and to withdraw.

13. Availability and incidents

We aim to keep the platform available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend deposits, allocations or withdrawals, in whole or part, during maintenance, in extreme market conditions, during a security incident, or where a venue, network or validator we rely on is unavailable. We will notify affected members as described on the Security & Custody page.

14. Intellectual property

The platform, its content, research, tooling and branding are our property or that of our licensors. You may use them for your own, non-commercial purposes as a member. You may not reproduce, redistribute, sell or publish them without our written permission.

15. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from movements in the price of digital assets, from the performance of any product, from the acts, omissions, outages or insolvency of third-party exchanges, networks, validators or stablecoin issuers, from transfers you make to an incorrect address or network, or for any indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud or for anything that cannot lawfully be excluded.

16. Suspension and termination

You may close your account at any time after withdrawing your balance, subject to any locked positions reaching maturity. We may suspend or close an account for breach of these terms, for suspected fraud or unlawful activity, where required by law, or where we are unable to complete verification. On closure, any balance not subject to a lawful hold is returned to your verified payout address.

17. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of our jurisdiction of incorporation, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection you are entitled to where you live.
