How USDT gets onto the platform

Every deposit is a blockchain transaction you initiate from your own wallet or exchange. There is no card form, no bank transfer and nobody to hand cash to. If a person asks you to send funds to them "for Vadix", it is a scam.

Your dashboard shows the platform's deposit address and the networks it accepts. You send USDT, paste the transaction hash into the deposit form, and our payouts team verifies the transaction on the block explorer before crediting your balance. The hash stays attached to the deposit record permanently.

Check the network every time

USDT sent on an unsupported chain, or any token other than USDT, may be unrecoverable. The deposit screen states the accepted networks; if yours is not listed, do not send.

A deposit, step by step
1

Open the deposit screen

It shows the address, a QR code and the accepted networks. The address is the same for every member and is published nowhere else.

2

Send from your wallet

Use your own wallet or exchange. Match the network exactly. Send a small test amount first if you are unsure.

3

Submit the hash

Paste the transaction hash and the amount into the form. You can attach a screenshot of the transfer as well.

4

On-chain verification

The team confirms the transaction on the explorer, then credits your fund wallet. The hash is stored against the record.

Storage

Where the assets sit once they are here

Custody is split by purpose. The arrangement is designed so that compromising any one piece does not expose the whole.

Cold reserves

The majority of platform assets are held in multi-signature wallets whose keys are stored offline in separate locations. Moving funds requires several key holders.

Hot wallet, sized to need

A small operational balance covers daily withdrawals. It is topped up from cold storage on a schedule, never the other way around.

Venue balances

Capital running quant strategies sits on exchanges only in the amount the strategies need, with withdrawal-only API permissions and address whitelists.

Staked positions

Delegated to vetted validators across several operators per chain. Delegation does not transfer ownership of the stake.

Key management

Hardware security modules and hardware wallets for every signing key. No key is stored on an internet-connected machine.

Reconciliation

Member balances are reconciled against on-chain and venue balances daily. A public proof-of-reserves page is on the roadmap.

Your account

Controls that protect a member from a stolen login

Most losses in crypto are not hacks of the platform. They are phishing of the person. These controls assume your password will one day be in the wrong hands.

  • KYC before any withdrawalA government ID and a selfie must be verified before funds can leave. A thief with your password cannot pass this.
  • Verified payout addressWithdrawals go only to a USDT address you registered and confirmed by email code. Changing it restarts verification.
  • Manual review of withdrawalsEvery payout is checked by a person. Above a threshold a second approver is required.
  • Email notices on sensitive actionsPassword changes, payout-address changes and withdrawal requests all generate an email to the registered address.
  • Session controlsSessions expire on inactivity, and you can end them from the dashboard.
What we ask you to do
1

Use a unique, long password

Never reuse an exchange or email password. A password manager makes this painless.

2

Type the address, do not click it

Reach vadixworld.com from your own bookmark. Phishing sites copy ours pixel for pixel.

3

Register your payout address early

Do it calmly, before you need to withdraw, and verify the email code from a device you trust.

4

Treat every unsolicited message as hostile

Vadix staff will never ask for your password, your seed phrase or a transfer to a personal wallet.

Withdrawals

How funds come back to you

The withdrawal process is deliberately slower than the deposit process. Every added check exists because it stopped a real loss.

Request

Choose the amount from your income or fund wallet. The registered payout address and the network fee are shown before you confirm.

Review

The payouts team checks the request against your KYC, your verified address and any open allocations. Large amounts go to a second approver.

On-chain payment

USDT is sent from the hot wallet to your address. The transaction hash is recorded against the withdrawal.

Verify it yourself

Open the hash on the block explorer. The amount, the destination and the confirmation time are all public.

Processing times

Standard withdrawals are typically processed within one working day; those requiring second approval can take longer. Fixed-term staking positions are not withdrawable until maturity, and managed portfolio withdrawals are settled at the next processing window. Current timings are displayed on the withdrawal screen.

If something goes wrong

Our incident commitments to members:

  • Tell you quicklyA dashboard notice and an email within hours of any confirmed incident that affects member funds or data.
  • Say what we know and what we do notPlainly, with a timeline, updated as the picture changes.
  • Pause before we are sureIf a withdrawal path or a venue is in doubt, we halt it. A delay is recoverable; a wrong payment is not.
  • Publish a post-mortemWhat happened, why, and what changed, once the incident is closed.
Report something

Seen a fake Vadix site, message or wallet?

Impersonation is the most common attack on our members. Reports from members are how we take fakes down fastest.

Send the link, screenshot or wallet address to security@vadixworld.com. If you believe your own account is compromised, email the same address and we will freeze withdrawals on it while we verify you by another route.

Security researchers who find a vulnerability in the platform are asked to report it to the same address before publishing. We respond to every report and credit responsible disclosure.

Questions

About security and custody

Yes, for managed portfolios, quant strategies and staking. Your USDT is deposited to the platform and held in Vadix custody as described above, with the majority in cold multi-signature storage. The Trader Desk is the exception: it is a research product and your trading capital stays on your own exchange.

No. Digital assets held on the platform are not covered by any government deposit-protection scheme, and we do not currently carry third-party custody insurance. The controls on this page reduce the risk of loss; they do not transfer it. Please treat that as a material fact when deciding how much to allocate.

Two reasons. It stops someone who has stolen your password from withdrawing your funds, because they cannot pass a selfie match. And it keeps the platform free of money-laundering risk, which protects every member's ability to move funds to and from regulated exchanges. Documents are stored encrypted and used only for verification.

Yes. Any USDT address you control on a supported network can be registered as your payout address, including one generated by a hardware wallet. Confirm it carefully: USDT sent to an address on the wrong network cannot be recalled.

Movements from cold storage require multiple named key holders. Hot-wallet payouts are initiated by the payouts team and, above a threshold, approved by a second person. No single individual, including the founders, can move reserves alone.

Security first

Verify, then deposit

Create your account, complete KYC and register your payout address before you send your first USDT. It takes a few minutes and it is the safest order to do things in.
