Who this is for

You make the calls. You just stop making them alone.

Some members do not want a managed product. They want to read the market, place their own orders and own the result. That is a legitimate choice, and it is by far the hardest of our four products to do well.

The Trader Desk gives self-directed traders what retail accounts never include: a structured pre-session brief, the levels and positioning data our own quant desk watches, a proper position-size calculator, and the ability to message a human during the session.

Nothing here is a signal to copy. The desk shares what it sees and what it is watching; the decision, the size and the responsibility stay with you.

Custody stays with your exchange

Trader Desk members keep their trading capital on their own exchange account. Vadix never requests API keys, login details or deposits for this product.

It suits you if
  • You already understand the mechanicsOrder types, margin, liquidation, funding and position sizing.
  • You can give it real screen timeAt least the US session open, consistently, not when the mood strikes.
  • You will keep a journalTraders who record reasoning improve. Traders who do not, repeat.
  • You want context, not instructionsIf you are looking for someone to tell you what to buy, this is the wrong product.
  • Not for beginnersStart with a managed portfolio. Live capital is an expensive classroom.
What is included

The toolkit, by market

Everything is delivered through your dashboard and by email. Pick the market you trade to see what applies.

Daily market brief

Overnight moves, the structure of BTC and ETH on higher timeframes, scheduled macro events and the levels the desk is watching into the US open.

Key-level sheet

Prior-day and prior-week highs and lows, high-volume nodes, and the round numbers that reliably attract order flow, updated every session.

Position-size calculator

Enter account size, risk per trade and stop distance; it returns the order size. The single most useful habit a trader can adopt.

Rebalancing playbook

How our own portfolio desk trims and adds. Useful for spot traders who hold a core position and trade around it.

Journal template

A structured record of setup, reasoning, size and outcome. The desk reviews journals with members on request.

Desk access

Message the desk during the session with a specific question. You will get an actual answer from someone watching the same chart.

Straight talk

Self-directed trading is the hardest route

We would rather say this plainly than let you discover it with your own money.

Trading crypto well requires screen time, a written plan, strict sizing and the discipline to follow the plan on the day it feels wrong. Tooling helps. Context helps. Neither substitutes for the months of deliberate practice competence actually takes, and leverage shortens the time you have to learn.

If you have limited time, or you know that watching a red position makes you act impulsively, a managed portfolio or the quant book will almost certainly serve you better. We will say so if you ask us.

The five rules the desk will keep repeating
1

Size from the stop, never from conviction

Decide where you are wrong first. The size follows from that distance and your risk per trade.

2

Leverage is a tool for sizing, not for ambition

Use it to hold a position with less collateral, not to hold a bigger position.

3

A daily loss limit, written down

Hit it, close the laptop. The market will still be there tomorrow.

4

No trades around events you have not checked

Unlocks, macro prints and exchange maintenance widen spreads and skip stops.

5

Journal every trade, review monthly

Your own journal will tell you more about your edge than any indicator.

Getting set up

Three steps to your first brief

Create and verify your account

Register on Vadix and complete KYC. The Trader Desk is a membership product and does not require a deposit.

Tell us what you trade

Spot, perpetuals or on-chain, and which assets. The brief and the level sheet are tailored to the markets you actually look at.

Receive the brief and reach the desk

Briefs arrive before the US session. Desk access is through the dashboard during market hours, which in crypto means every day.
